Going Back to Their Roots Is Clear in this Family Owned Brewery

This one has been on my list for a while and finally I was able to get away to check out this family owned brewery: Noble Roots. Not only is the converted building look awesome inside due to the exposed brick, wood accents, and retractable garage door, the beer is excellent and staff is friendly too.

Noble Roots Brewing Company and Taproom is co-owned by family members which in essence is where they got their name for the company. I love the family collaboration. From beer making to marking, to tending the bar, I found out by talking to the staff that it truly is family oriented and operated. 2017-07-20_19-53-19_531

What should be noted is that Noble Roots has great tasting beer and a versatile selection including amber, IPA, stout, and red ale just to name a few. I tried a flight of four different beers. Although I enjoyed all of them, my favorite was either the American amber ale called Mackinac Island Ale or a cream ale called Blueberry Cream which was presented with floating blueberries–It reminded me of the beer, Blue Bobber. So fun!

HOURS
Thursday — 4:00 PM – 10:00 PM
Friday — 4:00 PM – 10:00 PM
Saturday — 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM

2017-07-20_19-20-09_699If you are looking for a brewery with a fun, relaxed atmosphere, try out Noble Roots. It’s a place I’ll be returning to for a future date night, after work social, or girls night out.
