My Summer FabFitFun Fall box just arrived which means it is time to talk last season’s box: Spring 2018. By getting down to the nitty gritty of what worked for me and what did not. This is a different take on a reveal box. Instead of revealing the items to you without ever using them, I will rate my success with each product after using them for several months. No spoilers here.
For those that don’t know about FabFitFun, it is a quarterly subscription box that is truly awesome! Each box comes with 6-9 items. It’s a little steeper than some subscription boxes at $50 a box, but you only get it 4 times a year and get over $250 worth of products!
The bonus is that these are FULL size high quality products. I usually get two to three beauty/facial items and three “other” items like candles, planners, accessories, etc. I’ve found that even if I only like two of the items, those two items typically equal out to double the cost I paid for the box. Plus, I LOVE trying out new products.
With that, I’d like to talk about the products from the 2018 Spring Box with a focus on which ones were my favorite must buy items.
2017 Spring FabFitFun Box Products
1. Rachel Pally Reversible Clutch – $60
This is a super cute clutch, but what is even better than it’s cuteness is the size! This clutch can hold so much. I used it at a recent wedding, and it fit all my essentials. ∗∗∗∗∗
You can find the same clutch here. (affiliate link)
2. ISH Lip Statement Pallette – $42
There are so many shades in this palette! It is gluten free, cruelty free, and paraben free. The colors are bright and fun. Plus you can mix and match all the way into the fall. I like the softness and textures of the lip balms which are made with rose extract, olive oil, jojoba oil, shea butter, and aloe vera– a super soft combination. ∗∗∗∗∗
It was hard to find this exact palette as I believe it was exclusively made, but I did find it here in both the 6 and 12 color count (affiliate link).
3. Murad Skin Perfecting Lotion – $40
I’ve used several Murad products and they are all very hydrating and leave my skin smooth. This is another great facial lotion. It is lightweight and can be worn everyday. My only wish is that it also had some SPF protection built in, so I could have a face lotion that had both. ∗∗∗∗
Find it in multiple locations of your choice here, here, or here (affiliate links).
4. Physique 57 Massage Roller- $20
This item was one of my least favorite in the box. It had spiky ends which one of my kiddos accidently cut herself on while playing around with it. I just didn’t feel like it did as good of a job as a foam roller or the roller I posted below in the notes–seriously check that one out! ∗
I couldn’t find the roller online, but here is a similar roller at an even better price (affiliate link).
Note: If you are looking for a massager that will really work on your tough spots, my favorite massager it is this one here! It is awesome for getting out neck and back knots. I use it several times a week and love the heating source to warm up my tight muscles. The price is unbeatable for the job it does.
5. Anderson Lilley Sunset Collection Candle – $45
This is a beautiful candle. I love the copper colored holder. The scent is wonderful and fresh–not too overpowering. Featuring a lead-free wick made of cotton and coconut wax. Once done, they recommend washing it out and using it for a succulent holder which I find to be a great idea. The price is a little high on a candle otherwise I would get five stars. ∗∗∗∗
Same brand but slightly different style here and here (affiliate links).
6. Dermelect Cosmeceuticals Makeover Concealing Ridge Filler – $18
This can be used as a top coat, base coat, or alone as a natural polish. I like the neutral color, and it helps me to leave my nails alone as I do not personally take much nail care for my fingernails. ∗∗∗∗
I found it $2 cheaper here (affiliate link).
7. Free People x Understated Leather Starry Eyed Travel Eye Mask – $40
I do some traveling, but never where I am in need of sleep or actually get to sleep due to having kids with in the car. I usually spend all my time reading. I personally had little use for this item. If you are an regular traveler, it would work well for you. It keeps things dark and is cute. There is a cooling pouch, so you can put it in the fridge and have a de-puffing session while napping–sounds like a luxurious life, but not a reality in mine. ∗∗
You can find it sold by secondary sellers here for less than the original cost (affiliate link)
For my choice items this quarter, there were two beauty choices and two jewelry choices.

8. Ettika Day Dreamer Tassel Earrings – $58
These earrings came in black or pink/white. I chose black so that they would go with more of my clothing. Being right on trend, they are big and do make a statement. I like these earring worn alone with no other jewelry so that they really stand out. ∗∗∗∗
You can find them here in red, navy or burgundy or here in blue or here in beige. These are not the exact same, but I find the color and shape super fun (affiliate links).

9. KNC Beauty All Natural Collagen Infused Lip Mask – $24.99 (5 pack)
For the beauty choice item, there was Korres Guava Body Butter. It sounds luxurious, but I currently have enough lotion items and wanted to try something different that I do not have at home. This item is the Collagen Infused Lip Masks from KNC. These are very hydrating and makes my lips so smooth. I enjoyed using them every few weeks for an at home spa like treatment. ∗∗∗∗
Find it here (affiliate links).
I enjoyed most of the items in the spring box and find myself using the Murad Perfecting Lotion and KNC Lip Masks the most.
Overall, the Spring Box was worth the $45 I paid. The total value for this box is between $347 to $354.99 depending on the choice items selected! So, I always get my money’s worth!

As all referrals go, I get a small one time bonus for referring you to this service. FabFitFun did not pay me for any of this feedback; it is 100% my own because I think it is a neat subscription service, and I love blogging about it. I truly love it, and I’ve told all my friends, so now I’ve also told you. #365daysofnew
