Deep breath in, hold. Exhale deep breath out, release. This is a typical routine for me when I’m dealing with the chaos of life: morning routines, toddler tantrums, traffic, middle schoolers, messes, laundry, etc. So, when the opportunity came into my inbox to try a 21 day yoga challenge, I clicked accept.
As of now, I practice yoga once a week on Monday afternoons. It’s the calm to my chaos and gets the week off on the right foot. These sessions give me peace and recharge my battery. I come home a happier wife and mother. If one day can do this much good, I can only imagine how great I will feel after the challenge.
Normally my challenges are 30 days, so I plan to extend this challenge by repeating a few videos at the end to get to the 30 days. Today is the first day of the challenge.
If you are interested in signing up for the Body Breath to Beats 21-Day Yoga Challenge, click on the link here. It’s free, but the videos will disappear after a few days, so keeping up with the daily videos will be necessary.
I’m excited to try something this month that is true for me. A challenge I’m hoping can inspire me to be more productive, pacient, and put myself as a priority for a few minutes each day.
To read about my inspiration for 30 Day Challenges, see my first post here. Check out last month’s challenge here. Also, this is a list of my 2017 challenges. Perhaps some will inspire you to give it a try.
Thanks for checking out my post. I look forward to sharing my results with you in April. Feel free to like, comment, and share. #365daysofnew
